Cactus Succulent- Opuntia Cochenillifera Sunburst -variegated

Opuntia cochenillifera sunburst -variegated is native to Mexico and is well known for its common name “Cochineal Nopal Cactus”. The growth rate of the Nopal cactus is fast and they flower in late spring and early summer in the vibrant pink shade. Opuntia does not require much water and fertilizer to grow. Fertilize only during the spring and summer seasons. Avoid fertilizing during the winters.This variety of Opuntia van be grown in full sun to partial shade. At least five hours of direct sunlight is required to grow the Nopal cactus. The more sun it gets the more pink the pads will get.

Plants available are rooted divisions. Plant will ship bare root. Will refund some of the shipping cost when placing an order for 2 or more plants. All my plants are healthy and pest free. I ship USPS  priority mail 2-5 business days. All purchases on or after Wednesday will ship the following Monday to avoid plants spending the weekend at the post office.
