Clusia Rosea is also known as “Pitch Apple.” With the biggest leaves, it’s often grown as a small tree or you can grow it as a very wide shrub. As an houseplant it makes a very attractive large flowering plant. We sell starter plants that are 5-6″ tall. We ship free anywhere in the USA. We do not ship plastic pots that pollute our waterways, parks and yards. We ship your plant in a biodegradable florist wrap inside a box. This plant requires full sun and temps 60+. It grows fine without any fertilizer but if you want it to bloom it will have to be fed on a regular basis. It like moist soil but not soggy or wet so use cactus soil. Have a very large planter ready because the root system to this plant will quickly fill up your pot. This plant is a great alternative to indoor palms or small trees.
