The Medium Peperomia Argyreia, also known as the Watermelon Peperomia or Watermelon Begonia, is a species of flowering plant in the Piperaceae family. It is native to Northern South America, including Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, and Venezuela. The plant is not closely related to either watermelons or begonias.n It has textured leaves that cause it to resemble a watermelon. The underside of the leaves are a deep burgundy which is a beautiful contrast to the upper side of the leaves. Succulent plants are among the hardiest, most drought-tolerant in the world and very easy to maintain, as long as they are planted in a porous cactus/succulent soil, given proper drainage, daily bright light, and not over watered. You will receive 1 well-established, rooted plant, from a 4 inch pot, sent bareroot and packaged with great care. It will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. If you are ordering from an area with weather below 32 degrees, please consider purchasing a heat pack.nPlease make sure to read item description and shop policy before you order.
